What the website collects
- Contact and register-interest form: name, e-mail or phone, organization, the program of interest and your message, used only to reply to you.
- Cookies: one that remembers your preferred language, and session cookies when you sign in. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser only. We use no advertising trackers.
- Server logs: technical data such as IP address and request time, used to protect against abuse and deleted periodically.
Your working records in Bawabetna programs
Bawabetna programs keep your full records encrypted on your own devices; we do not host or see them. Only a minimal summary that the client allowed is sent to the platform, with the client code rather than the identity number. The official identity number is entered once and never shown to staff again.
Where data is kept
The platform is hosted on Google Cloud servers in Doha, Qatar, with encrypted backups.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the platform (such as hosting), to the extent needed, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the address above. Your rights apply according to the data protection law in force in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy and will announce material changes on this page with the update date.
