About Bawabetna
What is Bawabetna?
Bawabetna is a family of specialized programs for professionals and businesses: a separate program for each profession, from clinics and law offices to shops, schools and restaurants. Each program runs on your own devices and keeps your records with you.
Who is behind Bawabetna?
Bawabetna is designed and developed by IGTEI LLC, a technology company based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Which languages does it support?
Every program and this website work in Arabic and English, and you can switch at any time.
Programs
Is there a program for my profession?
There are 84 specialized programs in 22 sectors. Search the programs page by the name of your profession; if you cannot find it, contact us.
When will my program be available?
Programs are released in four waves, the most requested professions first. The clinics program is being tested by doctors now. Register your interest and we will tell you when your program is ready for testing.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Booking, records, invoicing and printing keep working offline. Whatever needs to be sent is sent when the connection returns.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. Client lists and records can be imported from Excel or CSV files, with a preview before importing and the option to undo.
Which computers does it run on?
The programs run on Windows computers. With several computers, one keeps the office's encrypted vault and the others connect to it over your local network.
Your data and privacy
Where are my records kept?
In an encrypted vault on your own computer. Bawabetna does not host your full working records.
What does the Bawabetna platform keep?
Subscriptions and sign-in, client codes, and only the short summaries that clients allowed. Nothing else leaves your device.
Who decides what is shared about a client?
The client. Clients manage their own consent from their own app; a professional never decides on their behalf.
What if my computer is lost or broken?
Encrypted backups protected by a recovery key that only you hold can be restored on a new computer.
Pricing and trial
How much does it cost?
Prices are symbolic and fair, from $1 a month: a small base for your type of establishment plus a little for each extra user, device and branch. Use the calculator on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, one week free for each program before subscribing. Trial data is not kept.
Can I join the testing?
Yes. We invite professionals from each field to test programs before release. Contact us and tell us about your practice.
