Bawabetna is not a website that runs your business on someone else's servers. It is a family of specialized programs that run on your own devices, linked by a small platform that holds only what it must.
1. The program runs on your devices
You install your profession's program on your office computer. All your records, including client files, appointments, invoices and documents, are kept in an encrypted vault on that computer. With several computers, one acts as the office vault and the others connect to it over your local network through an encrypted connection, without keeping any records themselves.
2. It works without internet
A lost connection does not stop your work: booking, records, invoicing and printing continue. When the connection returns, the program sends whatever is waiting.
3. The client decides
Every client has one Bawabetna client code. The official identity number is entered once at registration and never shown to staff again. Only a minimal summary that the client allowed ever leaves your device, and only the client sees their records and manages their consent, from their own app.
4. The platform holds the minimum
The Bawabetna platform manages subscriptions and single sign-on, receives the summaries clients allowed, and issues client codes and unified report numbers. It does not host your full working records.
5. Moving from your current software
Client lists and records can be imported from your previous software through Excel or CSV files, with a preview before importing and the option to undo.
6. Backups under your control
Encrypted backups are protected by a recovery key only you hold, and can be restored on a new computer when needed.
